Gazprombank and JSC RAO Energy System of East Sign a Cooperation Agreement

2 December, Moscow. Sergey Tolstoguzov, Director General of JSC RAO Energy System of East, and Aleksandr Muranov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprombank, have signed a Cooperation Agreement.

The key objective of the Agreement is to enhance operating performance of the companies and continue developing their cooperation on a long-term and mutually beneficial basis. The parties are planning to consider potential implementation of joint investment projects, lending to and hedging of financial risks of JSC RAO Energy System of East.

Under the Agreement, Gazprombank commits to provide high quality cutting edge banking services, including financial advice and cash and settlement services.

Cooperation will also include consumer and mortgage lending, car lending international credit card lending services to be provided by the Bank to the company’s employees.
